After graduating from the Polytechnic School, one day Jean-Marie Petitclerc accidentally came across a biography of Jean Bosco, a priest who had dedicated his life to the education of young people. This book marked a turning point in his life; indeed, he decided to take the same path as this Italian priest. Having become a Salesian priest and been enriched by training as a specialized educator, he worked with young people for forty years to integrate them into working life and society. Today his life given for young people makes him a witness of hope for marginalised young people in the peripheries.
