After working as an engineer and an executive at Gaz de France for twenty-four years, Régis Halgand decided to radically change his professional life and to become a PRH (Personality and Human Relationships) Trainer. PRH is an international training school for adults, which is part of the current of positive psychology and aims to deploy personalities and quality human relationships through internships and individual coaching. Régis has been the President of PRH France since 2018. He is also married, the father of six children, and engaged in a Foi et Lumière (Faith and Light) community.
