After leaving high school in year 11, Stephan Posner left for India and returned marked by the figure of Ghandi. He discovered Jean Vanier’s Ark at the age of twenty-one and enlisted in it instead of doing his military service. A business leader for several years, he always remained close to L’Arche and ended up being appointed national manager in 2009 and international coordinator in 2017.
